Restarting a stalled product and guiding it towards launch
Vulkaan joined Minglein in May 2026 and restarted delivery on its stalled mobile product, taking ownership of mobile and backend engineering while serving as a hands-on fractional CTO. We also introduced a Linear-based delivery system to track features, milestones, priorities, and project stages. Built with React Native, TypeScript, Supabase, and Agora, the MVP is currently in TestFlight with its core discovery, matching, messaging, and real-time video experiences in place.

Concept to production
Turning a cybersecurity concept into a live threat-intelligence product
Vulkaan took IPShield from founder concept to live cybersecurity product, handling strategy, branding, UI/UX, frontend, backend, API, database, and launch. Built with React, Fastify, and Supabase PostgreSQL, IPShield evaluates IPv4 and IPv6 addresses across multiple threat dimensions and makes structured risk intelligence accessible in real time.
Headless ecommerce
Building an ecommerce experience around meaningful connection
Vulkaan designed and developed a custom headless ecommerce platform for The Table Talk Cards, a brand helping friends, couples, families, and teams have more meaningful conversations. Built with React and Tailwind CSS, connected to Shopify through the Storefront API, and deployed through Hostinger, the experience combines product storytelling with a streamlined purchase journey.
